In 2007, G.Tech independently developed the FAPP intelligent manufacturing system, saving more than 85% of the human cost compared to the traditional production line. It improves the efficiency with first passed yield up to 99.8% and the whole production line per capita output is increased by more than 10 times. The precision error between each key and key holes is controlled within 2 micron, which completely avoid the man error and damage caused by traditional assembly. Accuracy is over 10 times higher than normal assembly and also make assembly failure rate reduce to millionth and thereby maintains high consistency of product qaulity at all times, making sure every user could experience the high quality.
